We ship from Calgary and Quebec City. Shipping likely takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), depending on where you are located in Canada. If you are located in a remote area, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping.

Once you proceed to checkout, you'll have the option to select your delivery method. Good news! If you're located in Calgary (Alberta) or Quebec City, you might want to select local pick up to save on delivery cost! We will send you an email with 2 time-slots to choose from for pick up of your Timommii order.

We ship to the United States! At checkout, you will be asked to select your method of shipping. You will be able to select between these: DHL - FedEx - Purolator and UPS. Your shipping rate will be determined after you've made your selection.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are given to packages when they are sent to allow you to get delivery status online. Make sure to check your mailbox as you will receive an email with your order’s tracking information once your order is shipped. If for some reason you do not receive one, please send us an email, and we will resend it to you.
