Essential criteria to take into account if you wish to exchange your merchandise or get a reimbursement:

Exchanges and returns apply only to orders purchased through our website. Your shoes and other items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt to qualify for an exchange. Please note that returned items should be in their original condition. They must have no visible signs of wear or use, and they must be returned in their original packaging. If we receive a product that does not meet the criteria mentioned above, we will refuse the exchange and/or refund.

 

Exchanges

If the size or model of shoes you have received does not fit your little munchkin, do not worry! We will be happy to exchange your product for a different pair if the returned merchandise is in its original condition (see the criteria mentioned above). You may return the purchased items if you are not fully satisfied within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order.  

To Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Read the entire Exchanges & Returns page. 
  2. Make sure you meet all of the criteria before initiating an exchange.
  3. Email us at info@timommii.com so we can assist you with your exchange.

Upon receiving your package, we will first inspect the returned item(s) and make sure it meets the Exchanges & Returns criteria. We will then contact you to confirm the availability of the requested item(s) and its delivery time. 

Please Note:

  • You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return of merchandise to us.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages. 

    Returns

    We will refund your merchandise if the item is in its original condition: not washed, not worn, not altered, and within its original packaging. You may return the product purchased for reimbursement within fifteen (15) days following the time you receive your purchase. 

    To Initiate a Return:

    Returns are not processed until the product has been received at our Calgary (Alberta) or Beauport (Quebec) location. Upon reception of your package, we will first inspect the returned item and make sure it meets the Exchanges & Returns criteria. We will then process the refund and send you an email. 

    Shipping Fees: 

    • Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded. We will thus deduct the $10 from your total amount.
    • You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return of merchandise to us. 

      Final Sale Items & Exclusions

      • All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      • Items received damaged or dirty will be declined for refund, credit and exchange.
      • International orders are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.
